Herds Arrive in the Southern Serengeti as Rains Return

The Great Migration continues in the Southern Serengeti as large herds of wildebeest and zebras move steadily south following recent rains. Fresh grass has started to appear around Ndutu, Naabi Hill, and Kusini, attracting thousands of grazers across the open plains. This seasonal movement marks one of the most important stages of the Great Migration in Tanzania. Wildebeest can now be seen spreading across key southern areas as they take advantage of the improved grazing conditions.
