Wildebeest movement through the Sand River in the northern Serengeti continues to gain momentum. Since the first crossing was recorded, more herds have followed, steadily pushing north toward the Maasai Mara. The riverbanks are now active with regular crossing events. Reports confirm that even more wildebeest have now entered the Maasai Mara, with scouts and smaller groups already seen deep within the reserve. As the season builds, key crossing points like Sand River and Mara River are expected to see back to back action as the main herds arrive.
