Songa Migrational Camp

Songa Migrational Camp is a refined, mobile safari camp that brings you right into the unfolding drama of the Great Wildebeest Migration. Twice a year, the camp moves between two prime Serengeti locations, nestled among the hilly outcrops of Kogatende in the north during July to October for epic Mara River crossings, and relocating south into Maswa/Ngorongoro zones from December to March to witness the calving season. This dynamic positioning ensures guests wake up in the heart of the action, surrounded by dust clouds, predator hunts, and all the raw vitality of the Serengeti.

The camp’s design evokes the spirit of classic expedition camps, with elevated canvas tents adorned in vibrant linens reflecting the intense blues and ochres of African skies and sunsets. With eight en-suite tents and one two-room family tent, the atmosphere is intimate, personalized, and immersive.
