This herd wildebeest herd was seen around Mwaumatondo in Central Serengeti. Currently a big herd, or several herds are spotted around northern side of the Central Serengeti heading towards Grumeti Area. They have delayed their northward movement due to the rains experienced in Central Serengeti.
We expect a more vibrant crossing this year, as they journey north of Serengeti and into Masai Mara.
